Create Custom Pinterest Board Covers
I use Canva to easily make my board covers and it’s absolutely free. There is a paid version but you can do a ton of stuff with the free version.
🖍On the Canva homepage in the top right corner, you’ll click on Create a design. Then click on custom dimensions and put in 600×600 px.
🖍On the left side is the menu where you can change your background, colors, fonts, images and there are many different templates you can start with, if you want to use them. Then you can just change whatever it is you want to change, to match your branding and you can also upload your logo if you want to use that as well.
🖍 Then in the upper right corner just click on the download button and you can choose PNG or JPG to download your Pinterest board cover.
Upload Custom Pinterest Board Covers To
📌When you’ve downloaded all your board covers, you can upload them to Pinterest just like you would a pin. Just click on Create, up in the top left of your Pinterest homepage and then click Create Pin. Upload the board cover and save it to the specific board that it goes to. Upload each of the board covers to their respective boards.
📌Then go to the Boards tab of your Pinterest page. Hover over your board and click the little pencil that appears in the bottom right corner. Then you’ll see in the top left the plus sign in the board cover box. Just click that and your board cover should be the first image you see… click your board cover and save changes and do that for each of your boards and that’s it!
